Receptionist / Administration - Turnbull Toyota Sale

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team at the Sale dealership.

This is a full time position.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

The main responsibility of the Receptionist is to provide first class customer service for anyone visiting our Dealership. Greeting them in a friendly and professional manner while acting as an ambassador of the Dealership amongst the wider community.

  • Telephone reception.

  • Provide administration support.

  • Contribute to building a positive team spirit.

  • Full training will be provided to the successful applicant.

Skills and Experience:

Service Manager - Turnbull Toyota Sale

We are seeking a Service Manager to join our team in our state of the art service facility at the Sale dealership.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead an established and high performing team. This position would suit someone who has previously worked as a Service Technician and been promoted through the ranks.

Reports To: Dealer Principal

  • Ensure the strategic management of the service department operations, ensuring the department operates in an efficient and profitable manner, whilst achieving Guest Satisfaction and NPS targets.

  • Maximise and maintain growth opportunities while not compromising guest retention & satisfaction for our brand.

  • Together with the Workshop Controller you will manage, motivate & assist service personnel every day.

  • Ensure all systems & strategies are in place and maintained to enable all service, warranty & costing claims, to be processed correctly & reconciled.

  • Ensure appropriate resource is given to workshop health and safety and that OH&S & Injury Management systems are implemented, monitored, continuously improved & are communicated to all workshop personnel.

  • Ensure the workshop has a sufficient level of skill to manage the routine & complex diagnostic servicing requirement of the dealership.

  • Work well and in line with the rest of the Management team to achieve desired outcomes across the entire Dealership.

New / Used Car Sales Consultant  - Turnbull Toyota Sale

We currently have a vacancy at our Sale Dealership for a New / Used Car Sales Consultant to join our friendly team.

Reports To: New / Used Car Sales Manager & General Sales Manager

Purpose / Main Area of Responsibilities:

We are looking to expand our experienced team of New / Used Car Sales Consultants at our Sale Dealership.

The main focus of the New / Used Car Sales Consultant is to be the face of the Company and working with guests, while ensuring complete guest satisfaction.

Key Job Functions & Accountabilities:

The New / Used Car Sales Consultant carries out a range of duties related to the selling of new and used vehicles, including:

  • Maintaining a high knowledge level about Toyota vehicles and products.
  • Ability to understand cost benefits reasoning analysis among product range and communicate to clients.
  • Understanding the guests objectives, buying criteria and decision making processes.
  • Forming long term business partnerships with guests in order to leverage future transactions / purchases.
  • Identifying and exceeding the needs of guests by providing in-depth advice and service.
  • Assisting in the selection and purchase process of a new / used vehicle.
  • Identifying and gaining new business through a sustained program of guest contact, mailing, following up referrals / leads and keeping abreast of competitors strategies.
  • Conducting product demonstrations (as needed) and co-ordinating the preparation of product delivery ensuring specific deal agreements (extras / options) are completed.
  • Demonstrating behaviours that align with company policies, organisational values and The Toyota Way.

Essential Skills / Qualifications / Experience:

Minimum 2 years experience in a sales role with a proven sales record (previous automotive sales experience is not essential).

  • Current and valid driver's license and the ability to drive manual transmission.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with guests resulting in sales.
  • Ambition to succeed.
  • Highly motivated.
  • Well-developed guest service skills.
  • Ability to profile guest needs.
  • Ability to self-manage performance, through taking Initiative, results orientation, decisiveness and thoroughness.
  • Ability to contribute to building a positive team spirit.
  • Ability to uphold organisational values.

  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Excellent telephone technique.
