The Essential Basic Service includes;

  • Replace engine oil and oil filter.
  • Check all fluid levels and top up as required.
  • Check lights, wipers/washers, horn and electrical systems.
  • Check condition and pressures of all tyres including spare.
  • Inspect cooling systems including radiator and hoses.
  • Check battery terminals and wiring for security or damage.
  • Check drive belt and adjust tension as required.
  • Inspect fuel system lines and connections.
  • Inspect brake pads, callipers and discs.
  • Inspect exhaust system for signs of wear or damage.
  • Inspect suspension and steering components for damage/wear.
  • Check parking brake adjustment and operation.
  • Road test vehicle and report any defects.

    The Essential Basic Service ‘Special Offer’ is exclusively available at Turnbull Toyota Brothers Yarram Pty Ltd, trading as Turnbull Toyota ABN 52 058 706 380 of 303 York Street, Sale VIC 3850 and 278 Commercial Road, Yarram VIC 3971.

    Special Offer excludes: bZ4x, LC70 and Tundra or similar non-Toyota vehicles.

    Heavily modified vehicles will be assessed for Special Offer applicability on a case-by-case basis by Turnbull Toyota - please contact the Dealership to confirm eligibility.

    Turnbull Toyota reserves the right to exclude any vehicle from eligibility for the Special Offer. The decision of Turnbull Toyota in this regard will be final.

    This Special Offer is a Basic Service only, which comprises an engine oil & oil filter replacement, and a 30-point inspection.

    Eligible Vehicles will be entitled to book and receive the following:

    a. A fixed price basic service, including the items listed above, for the Agreed Price, as applicable to the Eligible Vehicle.

    b. Where any additional service, repair or maintenance items are requested by the Customer or recommended to and accepted by the Customer, the quoted charges for those additional items will be charged in addition to the Agreed Price.

    c. Where any additional parts are recommended, accepted and supplied to the Customer, those additional parts will be charged to the Customer at the applicable retail rate, in addition to the Agreed Price. Additional charges for fitment may also apply.

    d. In certain circumstances, Turnbull Toyota staff may recommend that the manufacturer's scheduled service is more suitable for an Eligible Vehicle, given its service and logbook history. In such circumstances, the Agreed Price will not apply. The Turnbull Toyota quoted price for the manufacturer’s scheduled service, current at the time of quoting, will apply.

    e. The ‘Special Offer’ service may not equate to a scheduled service. In such cases, the Eligible Vehicle’s Service & Warranty book will not be stamped by Turnbull Toyota at the conclusion of the service.

    This Special Offer is only eligible for Toyota’s outside the Toyota Service Advantage (TSA) period.

    This Special Offer cannot be redeemed in place of a logbook / scheduled service.

    Turnbull Toyota reserves the right to change this Special Offer at any time.

    If incorrect vehicle category is selected by the Customer when booking online, Turnbull Toyota reserves the right to change the offered price as required, and the Customer will be notified of this change prior to the booking.

    The Agreed Price of the Essential Basic Service Special Offer may be amended by Turnbull Toyota from time to time.

    Offer available until 31 December 2025, or until Turnbull Toyota ends the promotion at their discretion.
